  2. Consultation
    Once we have received your client questionnaire, we can book you in for a consultation over the phone or in person, where we outline the process and fees.
  3. Document Review and Contract Preparation
    We review the sale or purchase contract, conduct searches, and advise you on any legal matters that may arise. If you’re selling, we’ll prepare the necessary documents for the buyer’s review.
  4. Exchange and Completion
    We manage the exchange of contracts and coordinate the settlement process.
  5. Post-Completion Support
    Once the transaction is complete, we’ll provide you with any necessary documentation and advice regarding your new ownership or sale proceeds.
